There are no content differences between any of the packages. Each package has full functionality, with no usage restrictions.

Each package, except for the 30 day challenge, is automatically renewed through our payment processor until cancelled.

* Set Up Fee is charged when a new monthly contract is started. This fee includes setting up OBA on your website where possible.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade from any package to any higher package, or change down from yearly to monthly on the renewal date.

 

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. You sign up for the length of time that you want. If you prefer a pay-as-you-go service, then you should sign up for the monthly package. If you cancel at any time you will only be charged for your current month. You can of course rejoin at any time in the future, without penalty or additional charge, and pick up where you left off.

 

When is the Set Up Fee payable?

The set up fee includes help setting up your website with the OBA forms where possible. You will need to pay the set up fee when you start a new monthly package. If you cancel your package and then wish to continue using the service at a later date, the set up fee will become payable once more on the monthly package. There is no set up fee for the yearly package, simply ask and we will assist in setting up OBA on your website.

 

What type of payment do you accept?

Currently our payment processor is Paypal, and so we can accept all the methods of payment that Paypal offer, including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, American Express, Direct Debit and Paypal Balance. You will need a free Paypal account to use our service. We can also accept cheques by post for yearly packages, but this will delay your account activation until the cheque has been received and funds cleared.

 

What is the cost of an additional accounts?

For people with more than one type of business (or a business that has separate facets) it is possible to buy additional sub-accounts. These accounts are fully functional and are accessibly from your existing log in.  You are able to buy as many as you require with no limits. The cost savings on multiple accounts are a substantial 50% – so for every sub-account you require you will pay just 50% of the normal price.
